Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Information Science and former Senior Software Engineer. Sajag moved to Cleveland, Ohio and became a realtor in 2009. Chris Moscarino – Real Estate Consultant

Graduate from Kent State University with a BA in Business. Chris has been an entrepreneur and business owner for many years. He started a landscape/construction company with his brother out of his fathers garage and grew the company to one of the largest in the Northeast Ohio region.  Focusing on customer service, quality products and surrounding himself with great people is what helped Chris achieve all of his success. Chris also has obtained the Sandlers Sales Course certification which  facilitates the development of new and empowering behaviors, attitudes, and sales skills, mapping a unique road map to lasting success. After many years in the landscape/construction industry, Chris felt it was time to try a new venture in Real Estate. Obtaining his license in February of 2017, Chris is ready use his skills and values to provide the best experience for anyone trying to sell or purchase a home.

Joy Emery – Outside Sales Associate

Joy graduated from Moody Bible Institute majoring in Christian Education.  She was a successful licensed Life-Health agent for 8 years with Capitol American Life Insurance (now Washington National) specializing in supplemental coverage. She owned and managed a women’s weight loss and fitness facility for 6 years. She spent 15 years in the weight loss and fitness industry specializing in sales, marketing and customer service. Savana Poerner – Client Service/Marketing Manager

Recent graduate of Kent State University, Savana received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and majored in Marketing. Savana joined the BOLD Real Estate Consultants as an Intern in August 2014. As the Listing Manager, she focused on assisting our sellers. Savana is now the Client Service/Marketing Manager. Zachary Roberts - Listing Manager

Recent retail manager of 17 years in multiple cities across Ohio. Zach has a strong background in customer service and operations management and is driven to provide “best in class” service. He is passionate about helping others succeed and working with the youth. In his spare time Zach volunteers at his local church, coaches soccer and attends soccer matches with his wife and children. 

Sue Burkey – Closing Manager
